Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to our store! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (like personal care products, undergarments, or opened items)
2. How to Return an Item
Contact us via email (mariabelle2082@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for the return.
We will give you instructions on how to send the item back.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we might not be able to process the return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in good condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used to place the order.
Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
If you want a different size, color, or product, please contact us.
Exchanges depend on item availability and must also be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them in order to exchange it.
5. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect.
If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost.
